Our Mission

DisOrient is the premiere Asian American indie film festival of Oregon, featuring authentic Asian American/Pacific Islander voices, histories and stories. Our films highlight social justice themes and universal human experiences. We are committed to representation, diversity and inclusion in film to broaden the narrative of who is American.

This program was made possible in part by a grant from Oregon Humanities (OH), a statewide nonprofit organization and an independent affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities, which funds OH’s grant program. This project is supported in part by the Oregon Cultural Trust.
